tj_dragonbladeGiven the holes in my Saiyuki experience, I need some possible spoilers: Is Gyokumen Koushu still in the picture? Still bent on raising Gyumaoh? What I'm seeing in Reload manga almost feels like it's Nii running the show now. Which...he probably has been all along, but that's a whole other bout of musings for another time. ^_^; Also, is Rasetsunyo still bound and being held over Kou's head as incentive/blackmail/motivation?

Does Jiroushin have a job title? Besides minion, lackey, or Kanzeon's straight-man and comic foil, of course... ^^
And another item, purely for lemon-related speculation: Just how reptilian do you imagine Goujun to be? Do you imagine he's scaled all over, or does he blend scales with human-like skin, or are those scales on his face simply an illusory skin pattern? Do you imagine he'd be warm-blooded like humans or cold-blooded as reptiles (the non-mythical ones, at least) tend to be? I think I'd probably rather make him warm-blooded; it seems more plausible somehow given his humanoid form and his dragon nature. Though being cold-blooded could add a certain bizarre sensuality to the scene...but it might also create more problems...hm. And I'm still not sure which way I want to go with the scales...
Also, for similar purposes...ahh...what color *is* Gojyo's hair 'down there'? There was a bit of a fuss about it in the Shunrei episode, of course; and in the manga Goku innocently says 'It's black, right? I saw you in the bath' or something similar. Do we assume that Goku truly *did* see, and see correctly, and the carpet isn't as red as the drapes? Or is the comment more likely to be Goku seizing an opportunity to repay Gojyo for all the jibing they do back and forth and therefore not entirely credible as a reliable observation? I suppose it *is* possible for the different types of hair to be different colors; but at the same time when the red hair is manifestation of a specific genetic combo I would somehow expect that manifestation to apply to all hair and not just that on the head...

Date: 2004-08-24 03:04 pm (UTC)Gyokumen Koushu is still over her head with the sutra and the revival of Gyuumaoh, but as of Reload and Gunlock she's not important at this point. Kou pretty much grew up a bit between Reload and Gunlock; not always being the momma's boy he always is, he's still that same caring affectionate and loyal prince that we've seen from Gensoumaden.
