Have spent a bit of time today people-watching arrivees. Lots of people in cosplay. Lots of interesting costumes. Have only snapped pics of a few so far. Will probably collect more as con goes on and my nerve-to-ask-for-pics increases.

Anyway. Pics up later. We're now all dolled up in our 10K gear and off to mingle before the pie_industries party at 8. Poor Joe & room issues :(

Con picture-taking tip: whenever you see some other photographer ask cosplaying strangers to pose for a pic, run over and take your pic at the same time. Saves everyone time and effort, and it's a very common practice at Anime North.

But most importantly, have an awesome time!
