Stolen from Tav. And
sadieko. Because I need to stretch my creative brain muscles. They're beginning to atrophy with disuse.
Name a character and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my own personal pseudocanon.
I'd ask that we stick to Saiyuki and Saiyuki Gaiden, as I really haven't got (or can't likely invent) a pseudo-canon for anything else. Except maybe Gundam Wing, which...would be a little rusty. But...I could manage. Okay. Saiyuki, Gaiden, or GW. Assuming anyone would like to play. ^_^;

Date: 2007-05-22 02:30 am (UTC)1. Gojyo's tried to hate rainy nights, for Hakkai's sake, but it just doesn't work. His most vivid rainy-night association, after all, is of finding a half-dead youkai gutted and bleeding in the road, and deciding (for reasons he still can't explain) to take him home. All in all, it's turned out pretty well for him, which makes it kinda hard in the end to be anything but glad for that night. He's learned by now, too, that he can understand Hakkai's thing with the rain, can be there for him, even if it doesn't drop him into his own private puddle of angst. Besides. There's plenty for him to angst about other places in his brain. Hakkai can have this one.
2. Gojyo once caught his brother reading a 'dirty girls' book' (ie, romance novel). He didn't quite grasp what kind of book it was, though, seeing as how no one had ever really taught him how to read and there was no cover illustration, so he didn't really get why Jien was so embarrassed. He was glad about it in the end, though, because it's what made Jien realize that he couldn't read, so his brother started teaching him. Not that they had time to get very far in lessons before Jien left...
3. Gojyo really likes showering with Hakkai. Not for the perk of occasional shower sex, though he's certainly not gonna complain about that, but because...it just feels really nice to have Hakkai wash his hair. He likes the whole metaphorical whats-it that he knows Hakkai's probably thinking, that Gojyo's hair sliding wet through his fingers is kinda like washing the blood from his hands or whatever, and he likes that Hakkai is in a mental place now where he can think in terms of washing clean instead of being forever stained. Mostly, though, he just likes the gentleness of Hakkai's hands in his hair, Hakkai's fingertips against his scalp, and the fact that he's got someone who wants to touch him in little mundane ways, who isn't out to hurt him or kill him or just fuck him, who hasn't got any reason for touching him except that he wants to. Likes to, even. It's kinda cool, and kinda scary at the same time, and it makes Gojyo's stomach feel weirdly tense every now and again. Mostly, though, it just makes him content.
