Stolen from Tav. And
sadieko. Because I need to stretch my creative brain muscles. They're beginning to atrophy with disuse.
Name a character and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my own personal pseudocanon.
I'd ask that we stick to Saiyuki and Saiyuki Gaiden, as I really haven't got (or can't likely invent) a pseudo-canon for anything else. Except maybe Gundam Wing, which...would be a little rusty. But...I could manage. Okay. Saiyuki, Gaiden, or GW. Assuming anyone would like to play. ^_^;

:)

Date: 2007-05-22 02:31 am (UTC)1. Kenren often tells Tenpou that he just can't fathom how the Marshal could have a relationship with 'that damned dragon', but it's not entirely true. Privately, he'll admit that Goujun is dead sexy in his own right and a good man to boot, forthright and honorable and all that. Fact is, if the Commander hadn't been so dead-set in his piss-poor opinion of Kenren from the get-go, the general thinks it entirely possible that he might even have liked the dragon. He certainly would have showed him a good deal more respect, at the very least.
2. Kenren really likes the way that Tenpou tastes. He really likes the way that Tenpou looks, and the way that Tenpou looks at him. And he really, really likes the way that Tenpou moves underneath him in bed. He supposes that he probably has Goujun to thank for training Tenpou so thoroughly in the art of making love; it somehow pleases him to no end to think of the dragon fuming alone, frustrated in his own desires, while his erstwhile lover (or rather, lover-on-necessitated-hiatus) lavishes all his considerable talents on the likes of the lowly General Kenren.
3. Kenren has never really considered himself the type for heroics, never really even considered whether or not he's capable of genuine heroism. Tenpou would remark that he's likely got quite a natural inclination towards heroism, as it often goes hand in hand with bravado and stupidity, but Kenren's never really seen it as part of his persona. 'Course, he's never had anyone whom he'd want to protect quite so badly as he does Tenpou or that little scamp of a monkey, either. Although Nataku has come pretty damned close, lately...
~~~***~~~
1. Tenpou acquired the frog ashtray in a game of chance with the marshals of the other three armies some decades ago. It had been intended as a trophy of shame for the player who lost the most money; Tenpou found it unique and whimsical and took quite a liking to it, however, and carefully arranged for his luck to run short in order to ensure that he acquired it.
2. Tenpou prefers to be the bottom/receiving partner in sex nine times out of ten. Nothing really to do with a submissive nature; rather, it's more fulfilling for him on an intellectual level. There's a great deal to be learned about a man in letting him top, about what he likes, how he likes it, and how best to use that knowledge to one's own benefit. It's also much simpler to control the situation when the other individual doesn't realize that he's not actually the one in control. It should be noted, however, that this school of thought is much more successful when applied to Kenren than to Goujun.
3. Tenpou had never given much thought to his tendency toward disorganization before Kenren showed up, but he now finds a certain amount of satisfaction in letting the office go all to pieces around him. Kenren's reactions are well worth the occasional inability to locate precisely the scroll or book he was after, and putting it all back in order provides the perfect excuse to keep Kenren's company that much longer. There is also, he has found, a distinct but unnameable comfort in having someone to nag after him.
