Okay. This is my sixth Fourth of July up here. Currently it's ten o'clock at night. The sun is still blazing relatively high and bright as you please. And yet, I still hear fireworks going off. Not that they can really be seen, y'know, but tradition must be upheld. *snrk*

And it's like this every year.

I think its like that everywhere... I heard them yesterday at least an hour before dusk, and its dark by 9 here.

Yeah. I just can't help laughing, though, because it's never really dark here this time of year. It's relatively dusky around three in the morning, but even then there's still enough light out that fireworks would be hard to see. *shrugs* Meh.
