tj_dragonbladeDrabble is such a funny word...taken as a noun, it brings to mind dull cross-word board games or the sounds made by turkeys...although I suppose that would be more onomatopoeia than noun...and yet when taken as a verb, it suddenly sounds...messily impolite... ^_^ Hee. Drabble.

Hwan gestured sourly at her colleague's unshaven cheek. "That band-aid--are you hoping to spark some fashion trend?"
Nii's cigarette barely moved with his words. "Not at all..." A smirk. "It's only that my favorite bedmate has rather sharp claws, you see..."
Hwan turned vaguely green. "I do *not* want to hear about your entertainments with Gyokumen-sama." Turning, she strode away, muttering, "Serves me right for asking--I think I'm going to be ill..."
Alone in the lab, Nii addressed his uplifted bunny with that mysterious, omnipotent smile.
"Now, really--when did I say it was *Gyokumen* who shared my bed, hmmm?"
