Am I wrong in thinking this is the first piece of official art-art (not a manga frame or between-chapter pic for a tankoubon) to feature Goujun?

It's the first I've seen, anyway, and it's not like I've been waiting for it or anything. Only wishing such a thing existed for the last five years or so. Thank you, Minekura-san! *bows low*

Oh, my god, I love his expression most of all. *_* The civvies are simple and elegant and why is that shirttail in the way of a proper jean-clad derriere view?, but the expression is so...nngh. Heartbreakingly beautiful. He looks rather younger than he does in uniform; his expression is just a touch uncertain/vulnerable, even while distant and somewhat...withdrawn? Introverted/introspective? 'Aloof' is the wrong word; there's something too...too soft about the overall impression. Serious and somber and yet relaxed and...and...and like he's just not quite sure what it is he should be doing. ♥

Oh, Goujun.

And I love how, here, his nails are back to short.
