Their hair, esp. Trowa's, isn't quite what I was going for; but...oh well.

Um...anyone have any hints on sizing these things? The original drawing was only like 2"x3"; I scanned it at 100% and then cropped in to just the picture, and...it turns out this big. Guess I really *don't* know what I'm doing...if anyone's got tips/hints/pointers/instructions, I'd be forever grateful.
