Yes, most of my ideas are like that. I've got pages of ideas and titles and snippets of dialogue and lists of inspiring songs that are still waiting to be turned into fics. In two fandoms.
To be honest, though, most of them will probably never be anything more. Simply not enough time to devote to the craft. Ah well.
