Yay! I'm really glad you enjoyed this, and that it warranted a pre-read comment-of-excitement; I hope it lived up to expectations. ^_^

I think Yamato's advice will almost always be a sounder bet than Naruto's, yeah. Especially when it comes to things like this. Once upon a time I had an inkling of writing that scene where Sai seeks his teammates' advice, but that was back in the beginning when the whole premise of this fic was slightly different and I haven't given much thought to the meat of their conversation since.

I love writing these two and I'm sure I've got a good year left in me before my attention might start to wander elsewhere, so hopefully I can deliver. ^_^
