Thank you.  I sat on it for a very long time because I wasn't sure I'd got Gaara 'right' - this fic really feels to me like a re-hash of one of my YamaSai fics from last year.  But in the end, I guess Gaara and Sai really aren't too different in their levels of emotional development.  They're both stunted, just in different ways and for very different reasons.
 
I really ought to practice with Gaara more.
