I feel like I copped out, though, just saying that you're worth the wait. There's a whole demiessay of thought/appreciation behind that verbalization, and I'm still too lazy - or busy, take your pick - to spell it all out for you, though you deserve me to. Oops.
The short version, however, is that porn is good and characterization is better. That's both one of my fic Rules and also a generalization that applies to your fic. You write solid, smooth, un-awkward sex scenes (and you know what, if it takes you half a year to get it right, you find the patience, take the time and *do* get it right, which is another Rule and also another shiny feature you possess!) and you KNOW your characters. That latter is what is so fucking *hard* to find in fic in general, even more so concerning Hakuryuu and Gojun and Tenpou.
In recent days I've been reading a lot of fic for my new fandom HEROES, and getting less and less pleased with it all. I've only seen 2/3 of canon but I can still tell when a fic is just not getting it right. There's a complex good-big-brother/asshole character who people just keep missing - not by a lot, mind. Hair-trigger specifics have been setting me off, and it's got to the point where I'll leave a really hot scene if one line twigs me.
At any rate, that's the fic!context in which you caught me. Amplified by that, then, your boys are a warm breath of naturalness, something I don't have to think about or think around, something that just *is* right, and so *feels* right - they pull me into the story, rather than leaving it up to me to keep myself disbelievingly suspended.
