I am sorry to hear you are sick. A quarter of a fresh lemon squeezed into hot water, taken as needed, is the best remedy I've found for any kind of "ugh can't breath" sort of illness.
But yay for labcoat! Here's the recipe for making it less packaged-rumbled and more Tenpou-rumpled that Tav and I used on both the labcoat and shirt:
1) Wash in washer, very hot and vigorous cycle, with towels or something. 2) Dry in dryer, very hot, with said towels or something. 3) (VERY IMPORTANT) Leave crumbled at bottom of dryer or laundry basket under aforementioned towels or something for 2-3 days. 4) Repeat 1-3 as needed to remove packaging creases. 5) Stuff/roll haphazardly, without towels or something, into a pillow case (plastic bags trap air and are hard to pack) until you're ready to wear them. 6) If too crumpled, hang them in the bathroom to be lightly steamed as you shower.
