Aah!! They put it in the anime too!!
Gunlock, ep 6, Doku's flashback about meeting Kou the first time. Kou's still wearing the slippers, just like back in GS manga vol 3! Granted we can't see the bunnies from the angle they chose; but still! That little detail just delights me to no end. ^_^
